Terms of use

adkasai.com is run by AdKasai ("we"), based in Accra, Ghana. By using the website or joining the waiting list, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Once AdKasai launches, using the app (making ads, buying credits, recording your voice) is covered by the app's own terms, which you accept when you sign up.

• Joining is free, and you can leave anytime by writing to us.
• Use your own email address, or one you're allowed to use for the business. Use the one you'll sign up to AdKasai with.
• We'll invite businesses in groups. We can't promise a date or a place in the order.
• Your share link is yours to pass on to other business owners. Don't post it as spam, or pay or trick people into joining.

• Everyone who joins the waiting list before AdKasai launches gets 50 free credits, once.
• They're added to the AdKasai account you sign up for with the same email you joined with. We can't move them to an account with a different email.
• One offer per business. Several sign-ups for the same business, fake details or automated sign-ups don't count, and we may remove them.
• Credits are used in the app as the app's terms describe. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred.
• We'll tell you how long the credits last when AdKasai launches, before you sign up.

The sample ads, scripts and ideas on the site show what AdKasai can make. They're examples: real results depend on your business, your offer and where you post.

Prices on the site are the current prices, in Ghana cedis. The price you pay is the one the app shows when you confirm, before you pay.

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we don't promise it's free of errors or always available.

Please don't:

• send false details, other people's details without their permission, or anything unlawful through our forms
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security, including the bot check
• copy the site in bulk, or use automated tools to scrape it

The AdKasai name, logo, design, text and sample ads belong to AdKasai or the people who licensed them to us. You can share links to the site and quote it fairly, but don't use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Photos credited on the site are used under their licences.

The website and the waiting list are free. As far as Ghanaian law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, from using the site or from a delay in launching.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Links to other sites, such as WhatsApp, are there to help you. We don't control those sites, and their own terms apply.

We may update these terms as AdKasai grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects the launch credits, we'll email you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana decide any dispute. Before going to court, write to us and we'll try to sort it out together.
